Meet Kate Whitehead

Kate is a Texas transplant via her husband retiring in San Antonio from the military. Kate has been blessed to travel the world and learn from those she has met along the way. She has been a litigation paralegal since 2005 in the areas of Family Law, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury and Patent Prosecution. Kate assists in all phases of litigation, by providing in-depth information of each process, timely status case updates and compassion.

Kate assists with drafting necessary documents, client meetings, attorney meetings, scheduling appointments, court appearances as well as instructing experts and witnesses as needed. Kate finds working in family law with our clients to be gratifying. She advocates for our clients and knows just what they need when they need it.

Kate has deep seeded roots in the military from her family serving – to being married to a retired veteran. Her experience brings a unique insight to our military family law cases and provides a clear benefit that allows us to deliver cost effective client services to the entire Denis Law Group caseload.
In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time with her family, a good book, putting puzzles together or watching her Denver Broncos play football. Kate has three very loved and very spoiled pound puppies and two cats that are equally loved and spoiled that keep her busy as well.
